As we reflect on recent events that have brought us together—such as the Rams Saturday Academy and the PCHS College Fair—I’m filled with pride and gratitude for the incredible community we’ve built. These moments exemplify the power of unity, collaboration, and the endless potential that emerges when we embrace new paths forward.
The Rams Saturday Academy was more than just an event—it was a celebration of our collective strength. Parents, students, community partners, and district staff came together under one roof, showing what’s possible when we unite around a shared purpose. From free breakfast to enriching STEAM activities and informative parent workshops, we created an environment where everyone had the opportunity to learn, connect, and grow. This spirit of collaboration not only supported our students but also demonstrated the importance of engaging every stakeholder in our educational journey.
As we continue to navigate challenges and opportunities, I’m reminded of the words of John F. Kennedy: “A rising tide lifts all boats.” This sentiment captures the essence of our work—when we support one another, we create a stronger foundation for success that benefits everyone. The PCHS College Fair further highlighted our commitment to student success. I am incredibly proud of our Guidance Team for their tireless efforts to expand opportunities for all students. Their dedication ensures that as we rise, no one is left behind. This week’s College Fair connected students with a wide range of colleges and universities, empowering them to envision their future and take the next steps with confidence. It was a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when we welcome new ideas and approaches.
