A Journey through Global Cuisines

Port Chester High School students in Jody Sainvill's Food History class broadened their culinary horizons recently with a visit to the Flaming Grill & Modern Buffet in Mount Vernon. The following day, during their final presentations, Celebrating Global Cuisines, they highlighted dishes from countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Nigeria, Lebanon, and more. Open to all students and faculty, the event was a vibrant gathering of global flavors.

Port Chester Middle School theatre students brought the beloved musical You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown to the stage recently. With memorable songs, lively choreography, and a talented cast of young performers, the show captured the humor and charm of Charles Schulz’s timeless characters, leaving community members of all ages smiling and reflecting on the joy of friendship and life's simple pleasures.

PC Cheerleading on the Road to Nationals

Port Chester's varsity cheerleading team is on the road to Nationals after winning the 2025 County Championship and advancing into the grand champion round. Congratulations to the talented team and coaches!
