Record-Breaking Week for Girls Swimming
It was a record-breaking week for the Port Chester High School Girls Varsity Swim Team! At their meet against Yorktown, seven swimmers shattered a total of 10 personal records, and our 200 Yard Medley Relay Team broke a school record. Huge congratulations to: Estefana Bautista, Brenda Cordova, Marjorie Davison, Adriana Marinez, Arianna Orellana, Mariangel Osorio, and Julianna Trinidad for setting new personal bests; and, Brenda Cordova, McKayla McLoughlin, Adriana Martinez, and Mariangel Osorio for breaking the school record in the 200 Yard Medley Relay.
Double Victory for Port Chester Cheer
The Port Chester High School Varsity and Junior Varsity Cheerleading Teams brought home top honors at the Poughkeepsie Cheer Competition, taking first place in their respective divisions. Congratulations to our talented athletes and coaches for their hard work, teamwork, and Ram pride on full display. In addition to their championship finishes, both teams earned special recognition for their spirited performances: Varsity received “Best Band Chant" and JV earned “Best Crowd Leading Cheer.”
Edison & King Street Face Off in First Annual Flag Football Championship
Students from Edison and King Street Elementary Schools brought energy and teamwork to the field for the first annual Flag Football Championship. It was a close, hard-fought matchup but in the end, King Street claimed the victory! Special thanks to Coach Jon Plato for organizing this spirited event that showcased sportsmanship, school pride, and fun for all.
Girls Volleyball Celebrates Senior Night
Port Chester's Varsity Girls Volleyball Team wrapped up their final home game of the season with a heartfelt Senior Night celebration. Congratulations and thank you to seniors Skylar Sams, Karla Arboleda, Sofia Greco, Cynthia Tuba, and Emily Garcia for your dedication and leadership both on and off the court. The Rams community is excited to see all that lies ahead for you!
The Pride of Port Chester Marches On
It was a remarkable weekend for Port Chester’s student musicians! The Pride of Port Chester Marching Band made us proud at MetLife Stadium, where the Percussion Section placed 2nd out of 8 bands, finishing just 1.5 points shy of first place and a full 12 points ahead of last place. In addition, PCHS and PCMS student musicians proudly represented the district in the Columbus Day Parade, filling the streets with energy and school pride. Congratulations to all of our talented student musicians and dedicated directors for continuing Port Chester’s long-standing tradition of musical excellence!
Rams Walk for a Cause
Port Chester's Varsity Girls Soccer Team joined fellow student-athletes and coaches for Northwell Health's Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk. Dressed in pink and full of school spirit, teams came together to honor survivors, support those battling, and raise awareness. Their participation reflects the compassion, leadership, and community pride that define Port Chester’s athletic programs. Thank you for showing that teamwork extends far beyond the game!
